Lead clinical operations for Gesture Healthcare across Florida. You will oversee our on-site care teams, set clinical standards, and act as the senior clinical point of contact for the facilities we serve.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight across primary care, wound care and chronic care management teams
- Set and maintain clinical protocols, documentation standards and quality benchmarks
- Serve as the escalation point for complex clinical cases
- Build and maintain relationships with facility leadership and directors of nursing
- Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of clinical staff
- Monitor outcomes and drive quality improvement across partner facilities
Requirements
- Active Florida medical or advanced practice license in good standing
- Significant clinical experience in geriatrics, long-term care or post-acute settings
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of documentation and regulatory requirements in skilled nursing
- Willingness to travel between partner facilities across the state
